(Communities other than BC/MBC/ SC/ ST) pass in 12th standard with an aggregate of at least 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry. Pass in 12 standards with an aggregate of at least 40% marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry. The candidate should produce the community certificate duly signed by the Tahsildar. Pass in 12th standard with an aggregate of at least 40% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. The candidate should produce the community certificate duly signed by the Tahsildar. For Other Communities For Backward Class Communities in Tamilnadu For Most Backward Class Communities in Tamilnadu For SC/ST community of Tamilnadu
(Communities other than BC/MBC/SC/ST) pass in 3 year diploma examination conducted by the state board of technical education of respective states in the relevant subjects with a minimum of 55% marks in the final year examination. Pass in any recognized bachelor’s degree in Science of minimum 3 years duration with mathematics as a subject. An Aggregate of 50% marks in the final year diploma examination/ final year B Sc Degree course. An aggregate of 45% marks in the final year diploma examination / final year B Sc Degree Course. Merit pass is enough in diploma course / B. Sc Degree Course.
